Meet Our Staff

Scott Krupnick, CPA, JD & Tax Manager

Scott brings to the firm more than twenty years of experience in tax and accounting. He currently serves as a tax manager for the firm. A graduate of Illinois State and Loyola Law School, Scott’s background includes expertise in Internal Revenue Service audits and tax planning for individuals of high net-worth. At the firm, he reviews client (business/personal) tax returns, while also planning, researching, and providing solutions for various client tax questions and problems. Scott incorporates businesses and non-profits with the state of Illinois, works with the IRS to establish an organization"s tax-exempt status, and handles sales and use tax issues, including state audits.

Harvey Shulman, Audit Manager

Harvey concentrates his efforts on financial statements and bookkeeping through his tax and audit work for the firm. He has been with the firm for thirty years and has worked closely on not-for-profit accounts and has expertise in political account filings. Harvey is a graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Alex Kim, CPA, CFE & Audit Manager

Alex manages audits, while also lending assistance on the tax side. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.S. in Accounting. Alex is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the American Institute of CPA"s, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Bridget Heise

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Accounting, she serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting her time to tax and audit services. She first came to the firm as an intern.

Michael Lawler, CPA

Michael is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a M.B.A. in Accounting. He devotes his time to auditing and tax services. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Michael Barnes, CPA

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a M.B.A. in Accounting, he serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting his time to tax and audit services. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of CPA"s.

Christian Kerr

A graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.S. in Accounting, he serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting his time to tax and audit services.

Jane Andrianova

A graduate of University of Illinois of Chicago with a B.S. in Accounting, she serves as a staff accountant for the firm and devotes her time to tax and audit services.

Yakov Leykin

A graduate of University of Illinois with a M.S.A. in Accounting, he serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting his time to tax and audit services.

Gloria Lopez

A graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in Accounting, she serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting her time to tax and audit services.

Ching Wei Tseng

A graduate of University of Illinois with a M.B.A. in Accounting, he serves as a staff accountant for the firm, devoting his time to tax and audit services.
