We Audit Employee Benefit Plans of Any Size and Type
We’re also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans which helps keep us current with best practices for employee benefit plan audits. Having the support of these two organizations enables our firm, Graff, Ballauer & Blanski to perform Employee Benefit Plan audits of any size or type from the smallest single-employer 401(k) plans to the largest multi-employer pension and health and welfare plans.
Regardless of size, virtually all plans are subject to the reporting requirements of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1984 (ERISA) under the regulatory authority of the U.S. Department of Labor. Generally, federal law requires employee benefit plans with 100 or more participants must be audited as part of their annual obligation to file Form 5500.
